PRE - RECRUITMENT

• Careful and researched perusal of company's profile, activities and future plans
• Understanding background of the job and its scope
• Identification of potential locations where the particular talents are available in abundance.
• Preparing the action plan
• Design of advertisements, selecting the appropriate publication, then releasing of advertisements in the right areas.
• Search our exhaustive database.
• Scrutiny of applications, short listing & preliminary interviews.  
• Dealing with Head hunting team to provide appropriate profile if required
• Briefing candidates on the nature of job, compensation and country before the final interview with the client.
• Preparing the personal file of the candidates for the final interview with the client.
• Maintaining the Recruitment status report.
• Lining up the candidates for the final interview.

RECRUITMENT

• Co-ordinating in conducting tests and the selection interview.
• Trade Tests if required.
• Assisting the client to brief the selected candidates on salaries and benefits.
• Trade Tests if required.
• Selection decision.
• Employment offer.
• Employment contract signing.

POST RECRUITMENT

• Medical Examination by the panel doctors
• Certificates attestation if required
• On Line Test (SCHS for medical professional only)
• Express documentation
• Bare minimum wastage of visas
• Timely Mobilization
• Provide orientation for the selected candidates giving them a detailed overview of the country (and its culture) to which he / she will depart for employment.
• Counseling the candidates periodically to make them prepared for the cultural changes in the country of employment and how to adapt to the changes
